When will Your Order Ship
Most items in stock ship within one business day. Business days do not include Saturday and Sunday.
Shipping of Custom and Special Orders
Custom and Special Order items may take longer to process and ship than
in-stock items. A Customer Service Specialist will provide you with an estimate
of your special order's delivery time when you place your order.
Track Shipping Status
Premium Pearl will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number
when your order ships. You can enter that tracking number in at www.fedex.com,
or call 1-800-GO-FEDEX to check on the status of your shipment at any time.
Signature Required for Delivery
All orders over $100 require a signature for delivery. If you are not available
to sign for your package we can ship it to another location that is more
convenient. Please contact us at 1-800-801-3280 if you require alternate
shipping arrangements.
Customer Pick Up at FedEx Location
If you wish to pick up your shipment rather than have it delivered, we can
ship it to your nearest FedEx location to be held for pick up. FedEx will call
you at the phone number you provided in your order when your shipment
is ready for pick up. For FedEx location addresses and hours, use their
drop-off locator and select "hold at location", or call 1-800-GO-FEDEX and
say "find FedEx locations".
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available for an additional $18 shipping charge. Saturday
delivery is not available for all areas, please contact us for delivery details.
