I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your assistance. Your staff responded well to a harried telephone call late Thursday afternoon, walked me through what was immediately available and managed to get things packed up and overnighted to me so that Friday I could give someone very special a very nice gift.
Said someone special is extremely pleased with her Tahitian pearl earrings, and was almost as pleased with your packaging. In fact, at first she thought the wooden box was her present [and she was pretty happy with that]. The earrings were a really big hit, and I've been complimented repeatedly on my good taste in jewelry.
